The search for help often begins at a time of crisis or when pain and suffering can no longer be endured. Reaching out during this vulnerable time can be difficult, and there are many feelings that can stand in the way of starting your journey toward healing. Beginning the therapeutic process takes courage and a willingness to move into the unknown.
As a psychologist I help people become aware of the subtleties and nuances that have shaped their experience, and I act as a guide leading the way to clarity and self-understanding. My specialties are parenthood, divorce, and grief recovery, all of which embody change and transition. I chose to focus on these life challenges because I believe that when confronted with change, we have the greatest opportunity for growth.
